Satellite Healthcare Assistant Center Manager (RN) - Dialysis in Santa Rosa, California
Seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to join the Santa Rosa, CA team as an Assistant Center Manager. Leadership experience preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Assistant Center Manager (RN ) you will be responsible for the delivery of safe, quality care of dialysis treatments by assisting the Center Manager (CM) with oversight of the center's operations and by providing direct patient care. The Assistant Center Manager (RN ) acts as a team leader who educates and mentors center staff as appropriate. In the absence of the CM, this position is also responsible for the daily management of the center.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
One (1) year of nursing experience required; 1 year of hemodialysis nursing required.
Supervisor/Charge Nurse experience preferred
Education
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent; BSN preferred
License/Certification
Current State license as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR/BLS for Healthcare certification (or within 3 months of hire)
CNN or CDN certification preferred
$105,000 - $135,000, plus annual bonus potential
The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
